Werl Capital is a private advisory firm. We don't raise funds, manage money, or act as a broker-dealer. Our clients pay us for advice, and that's the only business we're in.
What we do.
Two things. We advise owners who are selling their companies, and we step in as CFO for businesses that need experienced finance leadership without hiring a full-time executive. That's it. We don't try to be everything to everyone.
How we work.
A principal leads every engagement from start to finish. We keep teams small, we write things down, and we hit deadlines. When outside specialists are needed — lawyers, accountants, diligence firms — we bring them in and manage them. We don't mark up their bills.
